Each person may have different sources you are known by online, but some common ones are:
LinkedIN
Facebook
Instagram
YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia
Twitter
Canva
Zoom
Skype
Your Website
Your Calend.ly
Mailchimp or other e=communication system
Each of these tools tell a story about you and your business brand.
What does your picture say. Is it up to date and current?
What does your bio say? Does it match your current status and role?
What does your branding say? Is it uploaded and a part of your identity?
Where are your links going to? Is it to your current website or schedule system?
Today’s goal is to open at least 3 of your resources and make sure that your picture, branding and bio are all current and/or match.
Why Canva and Zoom you ask? Because people will see your branding and creations as they wait or see what you’ve created and that is an advertising of who you are and how you do business too.
Keep your pictures high resolution. Be mindful to check how the page looks on your laptop, desktop and mobile device.
Biographies and about pages can be about you the person or you the professional role in your company. Keep it directed to what you do, who you do it for and why it matters to you. If your bio is hard for you, check out the video below.
That’s it for today. Aligning your visual and descriptive presence online is another step closer to being effective in your business presence online.
Have a great day! See you tomorrow!
